Give the Whole Company One Finish Line

Most company wellness programs start as a shared calendar.

Someone books a lunch walk. A few people come. The next week the room is quieter. By the third week the invite is still there, and the habit has faded.

A calendar holds a time. A finish line holds a reason to show up.

One weekend, four distances

Sparks is a wellness club for a company. Through the month, teams walk, keep streaks, and move along city routes. Then, on the last weekend of every month, the club runs the Company Marathon together.

The window is three days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It closes at Sunday midnight. Steps sync from a phone or a watch. You can start on Friday morning or pick the distance up on Sunday, wherever you are. People do not have to block the same hour.

Each month there is one marathon for each distance: 5K, 10K, 21K, and 42K.

Marathon badges for 5K, 10K, 21K, and 42K

The 5K is a brisk weekend walk. Most people finish it in an afternoon. It is the right first marathon for a team that is new to this. The longer three are there for the people who want a harder day.

The badge stays on the shelf

Finish the distance any time inside that window and you earn the badge. The time sits under it.

The badge does not expire. It stays on the shelf in your profile. The profile is public, so anyone can open it and see the badges you have earned.

A record you can improve

Each month you get another chance to improve your record.

You can see yourself in the table of runners, with your record beside your name. The table is what the club looks at together. The shelf is what you keep.

Why a shared weekend works

A daily step goal is easy to miss in private. A marathon weekend is something the team can see.

The shared fact is the finish line, and that is enough structure to make showing up feel obvious.

What happens after Sunday

The badge and the table close the weekend. The streak continues.

Daily steps still earn XP and levels through the month. Progress stays on the profile. It does not drop back to zero when a challenge ends, and it stays with someone if they change teams.

The marathon is the moment everyone looks up. The club is what carries them to the next one.

Start with the next weekend

You do not need a six-month wellness plan to try this. Register the team for the Company Marathon, or book a short pilot if you want the club around it.

The first finish line is the part people remember. The habit grows from there.
